A BIG THANK YOU to all attendees our Chamber’s Membership Meeting! We extend our gratitude to our guest speaker, Mr. Patrick Bell from the Louisiana Department of Insurance, for sharing crucial insights on disaster preparedness for small businesses.
Mr. Bell key message emphasized the importance of having a plan in place and reaching out to your insurance providers early to understand your plan deductions and coverage. Don’t forget to take photos before and after any catastrophic events to document any potential claims.

“What does ‘Reimagine’ mean to you?” For us, it signifies transforming the present into something new and exciting! This month, we had the privilege of co-chairing the Business Summit with the North Baton Rouge Collaborative, alongside the inspiring Board President Lack Sherman, Lakeisha Robichaux, April Hawthorne, and many local resource partners.
Our event was a testament to the tenacity and resilience of our thriving local business owners, who generously shared their experiences and best practices as keynote speakers.
Additionally, students from North Baton Rouge high schools were given the unique opportunity to tour the Coca-Cola Bottling facility, effectively merging their business and chemistry knowledge with real-world corporate experience.
